GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (GDPR)

The GDPR puts you in control of what personal information is held by businesses, charities, councils and all other organisations within the EU. Full details can be found in the Privacy Policy on the Publications page of our website.

You can use this form to do one of three things:

1. “ACCEPT” Gives us your permission to hold your personal information. You will be contacted if we require your permission and asked to complete this form. Do not use the “Accept” option unless you have been contacted asking for your permission.

2. “ENQUIRE” is used to ask us to tell you what personal information we hold, where it originated and why we are holding it. You will not be charged for making this enquiry and the information must be supplied to you within 20 working days

3. “FORGET” instructs us to delete any and all personal information that we hold.

At the end of the form you will be asked how you wish us to contact you in the future. Whilst you have a free choice we will be grateful if you would select the email option.
