Adrian Robinson

Chairman
I have lived as part of this community and in Albrighton all my life. I was born at Cosford Hospital and attended Albrighton County Infants, Albrighton County Junior school and then Idsall.  I am married and have three children, and two grandchildren.
When I was younger, I was part of the Cosford Artistic Roller-Skating team from 1984 to 1995, where I was lucky to have represented Great Britain on multiple occasions at European and World Championships in this sport.
I became a Councillor at Albrighton Parish Council to volunteer and give back to the community I live in and want to make a positive contribution to the Albrighton, for present and future generations of Albrighton.
In my professional career I work as a Project Manager in IT, implementing and improving systems and processes for large national organisations. I recently purchased a 1970 VW early bay camper and enjoy attending festivals with my family.
I was elected as Chairman of Albrighton Parish Council in May 2022. One of my first duties during my term of office is to support Albrighton Foodbank as my Chairman’s Charity. I have pledged £100 of the Chairman’s allowance to kick start the collection of non perishable food items. The donation point has been set up in the Parish Office and Library for those who wish to donate non perishable items, all donations will be gratefully received.
