Albrighton Library Closure
Important information regarding closure of the Library
Albrighton Parish Council have contracted builders to carry out essential Health & Safety maintenance on Albrighton Parish Council’s Library Building.
Initially the closure of the Library was agreed by Council to be from Monday 10th July to Tuesday 11th July 2023 (2 days of closure), however, concerns about the Health and Safety aspect have led to the closure being extended.
Therefore the Library will be closed from Monday 10th July 2023 until Monday 17th July 2023, where the Parish Council will be able to reassess the situation and provide an update.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but hope that members of the public will appreciate this is to protect staff, the contractors, and members of the public.
The library staff are happy to wipe any fines occurred for the dates the Library is closed and this will be carried out when we are able to process this.
